To those interested in the Bamha Case: Some light in the Darkness 

Hi, Here’s a last update I’ve just recieved:

1. Yesterday, the victims dropped the charges against all the attackers, without changing their statements.

2. Clashes in the village is taking another direction. Both sides refuse to deal with each other, to the extent that the Christians have to get their food from the near by town of Ayyat, or bake the bread at their houses.

3. Today, some officials visited the town, to estimate the damages and compensations. One of the officials, whom the villagers believe to be Giza’s governer, promissed to have the reports submitted to his office by Moday to take the appropriate actions.

4. Later, Motraneyet El Giza sent aid to the victims in the form of Fridges, digital TVs, washing machines, doors and windows, etc.. Wood is currently being loaded to the site of a wooden house that was totally burnt down.

Victims of Bamha, who had lost hope earlier, are really happy now with such new updates. The whole community is ready to start a new chapter in their lives.
